Only Filipino residents aged 18 and above may register at 365 Juan. We actively verify age during the account lifecycle and will close any account found to belong to a minor immediately, with all balances forfeited in accordance with Philippine regulations.
Each player may hold only one active 365 Juan account. Duplicate accounts are considered a breach of these Terms and will result in suspension of all associated accounts, cancellation of any outstanding bets, and forfeiture of balances pending investigation.
All 365 Juan withdrawal requests must be directed to an account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances and may trigger an immediate account review and transaction freeze.
All promotional credits issued by 365 Juan carry wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiple, eligible games, and time limit for each promotion are stated in the individual offer terms.
Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs, coordinate betting with other players to circumvent risk controls, or use any form of automated betting tool at 365 Juan constitutes fraud. We reserve the right to close accounts and refer cases to relevant authorities.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you and 365 Juan. By creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
1.1 Age requirement. To register and use 365 Juan you must be at least 18 years of age. 365 Juan operates strictly as an 18-plus platform in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. We will request valid government-issued identification at the time of registration or at any subsequent point during the account lifecycle to confirm your age and identity.
1.2 Jurisdiction. You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited at the time of each transaction. It is your personal responsibility to verify that using 365 Juan does not breach any law applicable to you. 365 Juan does not offer its services in jurisdictions where doing so would constitute a legal violation.
1.3 Registration accuracy. When you register, you agree to provide truthful, accurate, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure without refund of any balance.
1.4 Single account. You are permitted to hold only one 365 Juan account. If you have previously held an account that was closed or suspended for rule violations, you may not open a new account without prior written authorisation from 365 Juan support.
1.5 Account on behalf of others. You may not register or operate a 365 Juan account on behalf of any other person, organisation, or entity. Accounts suspected of acting as proxies for other individuals will be suspended pending investigation.
2.1 Password security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 365 Juan login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. 365 Juan will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone. Any activity that occurs under your login credentials is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified us of unauthorised access.
2.2 Notification of compromise. If you suspect that your 365 Juan account has been accessed without your permission, you must contact support immediately at support@365juan.xyz. We will suspend the account and investigate. 365 Juan is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you failed to notify us promptly.
2.3 Account verification (KYC). 365 Juan operates a Know Your Customer programme in line with anti-money laundering requirements. You may be asked at any time to submit a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and confirmation of your payment method. Failure to supply requested documents within the stated timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal delays.
2.4 Dormant accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve consecutive months is considered dormant. 365 Juan reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts following a written notification period of thirty days. Accounts with a zero balance after dormancy will be closed.
2.5 Account closure by player. You may close your 365 Juan account at any time by contacting support. Any available balance after the settlement of pending bets will be returned to your registered payment method subject to standard verification checks.
3.1 Accepted payment methods. 365 Juan currently accepts deposits and withdrawals through GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfer, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank online banking, and Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards. Available channels are displayed at checkout and may change without prior notice.
3.2 Own account only. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. All withdrawal requests must be sent to an account registered in your own name. Third-party transactions are prohibited. 365 Juan reserves the right to reverse any transaction that cannot be verified as coming from or going to a personally owned account.
3.3 Minimum deposit and withdrawal. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your 365 Juan account and may vary by payment method. Withdrawal amounts below the stated minimum for a channel will not be processed.
3.4 Withdrawal processing times. 365 Juan targets same-day processing for all verified withdrawal requests submitted before 6:00 PM PHT. GCash and Maya transfers typically credit within five to thirty minutes for accounts that have completed full KYC. Bank transfers may take one to four business hours. 365 Juan is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank systems, or public holidays.
3.5 Currency. All 365 Juan accounts are denominated in Philippine Pesos (₱, PHP). Deposits made in foreign currencies are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing. Any exchange-rate difference is borne by the player.
3.6 Deposit limits. 365 Juan reserves the right to set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on individual accounts for responsible gaming reasons or regulatory compliance. Players may also voluntarily request lower personal limits through the account settings or by contacting support.
Never deposit money that you cannot afford to lose. Deposited funds are held in accordance with regulatory requirements, but the outcome of all games and wagers is uncertain. All deposited amounts are at risk once transferred to your 365 Juan account.
4.1 Eligibility. Promotional offers at 365 Juan are available to eligible registered players who meet the stated criteria for each individual promotion. 365 Juan reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its discretion, including where abuse of promotion mechanics is suspected.
4.2 Wagering requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus credits and bonus-derived winnings are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The wagering multiple, qualifying games, minimum odds (for sports bonuses), and expiry period are stated in each individual promotion. Failing to meet wagering requirements before the expiry date will result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance.
4.3 One bonus per household. Promotional offers are limited to one account per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method. Players found to have created multiple accounts to claim bonuses will have all bonus balances and any winnings derived from them cancelled.
4.4 Minimum deposit for deposit bonuses. Deposit-match bonuses at 365 Juan require a qualifying deposit of the stated minimum amount using an eligible payment method. Deposits made via specific payment channels excluded in the promotion terms will not qualify.
4.5 Maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings. Certain 365 Juan promotions cap the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings generated during bonus play. The applicable cap is stated in each promotion's terms. Amounts exceeding the cap will not be transferable to the withdrawable balance.
4.6 Right to modify or withdraw promotions. 365 Juan reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonuses already credited remain subject to the terms under which they were issued.
5.1 Placing bets. A wager placed at 365 Juan is only confirmed once you receive a unique bet reference number. Bets not confirmed by the system are not accepted. Check your bet slip and account history to verify any wager. 365 Juan is not responsible for bets that were not technically completed.
5.2 Odds changes. The odds displayed on the 365 Juan platform reflect market prices at the moment of display and may change between viewing and confirmation. The odds that apply to your wager are those confirmed at the time the bet is accepted, as shown in your bet confirmation.
5.3 Obvious errors. 365 Juan reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly the result of a system error, human error, or pricing malfunction. This includes prices significantly below the true market value. Players who knowingly exploit erroneous odds do so in breach of these Terms.
5.4 Settlement rules. Bets are settled in accordance with the specific market rules displayed alongside each event. Standard match-result bets settle on the official result after regular time including stoppage time. Extra time, penalty shootouts, and replays are excluded unless specifically stated. 365 Juan uses official results from recognised governing bodies.
5.5 Event cancellation and postponement. If an event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond the period stated in the market rules, bets will be voided and stakes returned to player accounts. Where only part of an event is played, settlement follows the specific rules for that market.
5.6 Maximum payout. 365 Juan applies maximum single-event and daily payout limits which vary by sport, event type, and stake level. The applicable limit is displayed in the bet slip before confirmation. Any winning amount that exceeds the stated maximum will be capped at the maximum payout.
6.1 Random Number Generation. All casino games offered at 365 Juan operate on certified Random Number Generator technology independently verified by recognised testing laboratories. Each outcome is entirely independent of all previous and future outcomes. 365 Juan publishes Return to Player rates for all slots and table games in the game information panel.
6.2 Malfunctions. In the event of a game malfunction, connection failure, or any technical fault that compromises the integrity of a game round, 365 Juan reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player. No compensation is payable for alleged losses arising from a technical malfunction.
6.3 Tongits rules. Tongits on the 365 Juan platform follows standard Philippine three-player rules. Players accept the displayed game rules in the Tongits lobby before each session. Disputes about individual round outcomes are resolved using the game log generated by the platform, which constitutes the official record.
6.4 Progressive jackpots. Progressive jackpot amounts displayed on the 365 Juan platform are live estimates. The exact jackpot amount at the moment of any win is the figure confirmed in the game completion record. Progressive jackpots are seeded and accumulated as defined by the contributing game engine.
The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, voiding of bets, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:
365 Juan cooperates with law enforcement, regulatory bodies, and payment processors in the Philippines. We retain transaction and session data logs and may share these with authorised parties in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
8.1 Data collection. 365 Juan collects personal data necessary for account management, payment processing, identity verification, and regulatory compliance. The categories of data collected, how they are used, and your rights as a data subject are described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8.2 Marketing communications. By registering at 365 Juan you may receive promotional communications by email and SMS. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Opting out of marketing does not affect transactional communications related to your account.
8.3 Cookies. The 365 Juan platform uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain your session, remember preferences, and analyse usage. Full details are available in our Privacy Policy. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of our cookie use.
9.1 Player tools. 365 Juan provides deposit limits, wagering limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion tools accessible directly from your account settings. We strongly encourage all players to use these tools as part of responsible play.
9.2 Self-exclusion. Players who wish to exclude themselves from the 365 Juan platform may request a temporary cooling-off period or a permanent self-exclusion by contacting support at support@365juan.xyz. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During any self-exclusion period you may not register a new account.
9.3 Underage gaming. 365 Juan has zero tolerance for underage gaming. If we have reason to believe that an account is operated by or on behalf of a person under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending verification. Any winnings credited to an underage account will be forfeited.

We will notify you of material changes through the email address registered to your account or via a platform-wide notice displayed upon login. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this document. Continued use of the 365 Juan platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
If a change is made that materially reduces your rights or significantly alters your obligations, we will provide at least seven days' advance notice before the change takes effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by law or regulation.

11.2 Dispute resolution. If you have a complaint about a bet settlement, account decision, or platform action taken by 365 Juan, you must raise the matter with our support team in the first instance. Please provide your account username, the relevant bet or transaction reference, and a clear description of your concern.
11.3 Resolution timeline. 365 Juan will acknowledge all formal complaints within two business days and aims to resolve disputes within ten business days of receiving all required information. Complex matters may take longer and you will be kept informed of progress.
11.4 Governing framework. These Terms and the relationship between you and 365 Juan are governed by applicable Philippine law. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved through direct support, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing other remedies.
